• Disease and problem diagnosis for plants

• Community features for plant enthusiasts

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of WhatPlant, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You may use WhatPlant for:

• Personal, non-commercial plant identification and care
• Educational purposes related to botany and gardening
• Sharing plant-related content within our community guidelines

You may NOT:

• Use the service for commercial plant identification without prior authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
• Upload images containing harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

5. Intellectual Property Rights

WhatPlant and all related content, including but not limited to:

• AI models and algorithms
• Plant database and classifications
• User interface and design elements
• Educational content and recommendations

are owned by WhatPlant or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. User-Generated Content

When you upload images or submit content to WhatPlant:

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You grant us a license to use your content for service improvement
• You confirm that your content does not violate any rights of third parties
• We may use anonymized data for research and AI model training

7. AI Accuracy and Limitations

We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy in plant identification
• Suitability of care recommendations for all situations
• Prevention of plant diseases or problems

9. Subscription and Payment Terms

WhatPlant offers premium features through in-app subscription plans:

• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy and our terms
• Premium features may change with reasonable notice
• Free users can identify 1 plant per day; Premium users enjoy unlimited plant identification

10. Limitation of Liability

WhatPlant is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for:

• Incorrect plant identifications or care advice
• Plant damage or loss resulting from app recommendations
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Loss of data or content
